Neither did we until we took a trip to the local Alpaca farm with our MOMS Club. That little tidbit was the one thing SP took away from the trip. The Alpacas were beautiful, but have that nasty spitting habit so we couldn't upset them too much. We were allowed to feed them from a cup in our hand, but a couple of the females started to get a bit too excited. We missed the spit by this much. The most beautiful one had ice-blue eyes and because the blue-eyed Alpacas have a tendency to be deaf, they are gilded. He was gorgeous though.
